UN and ICRC sent aid convoy to Homs

The UN and the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement sent an aid convoy of 41 vehicle to the Syrian town of Talbiseh in Homs province.
For the past 24 hours more than 3000 people received humanitarian aid.
It is also noted that the international humanitarian organizations hadn’t started to supply the assistance to the civilian population of liberated Aleppo yet. By the way it raises a question: why have the European Mass Media stopped covering the issue of assistance to the local population?
