ISIS terrorists flooded villages near Aleppo

ISIS terrorists pumped large amounts of water from the Euphrates River through al-Baribi water pumping station in order to flood villages and cultivated areas located in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo.
The local authorities immediately sent special services and equipment for pumping water and recovering destruction consequences, caused by terrorist sabotage.
On February 15, Aleppo Governor Hussein Diab stated that ISIS terrorists holding the area of Al-Khafsah pumping station which is located east to the city, has blocked the access to drinking water. Under these circumstances, the authorities intend to supply water to Aleppo from alternative sources.
The governor also assured local people that in near future the extremists would be driven out of the pumping station area and the water supply problem be resolved.
