Turkey is in need of Iranian and Russian assistance in Syria

Yesterday while speaking at Munich Security Conference Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu stated that speedy settlement of Syrian crisis is impossible without Iran and Russia, that’s why Ankara is in need of their assistance.
The foreign minister stressed, that ceasefire regime should be strengthened by common efforts and the agreements which have been reached in Astana would contribute it.
Earlier Turkish President Recep Erdogan announced that there are no disagreements with Moscow and Tehran on the Euphrates Shield operation in Syria. However it should be mentioned that, the official Damascus has always opposed the presence of Turkish army in the territory of Syria.
