More than 3,300 Militants were Granted Amnesty

According to Inside Syria Media Center sources, more than 3,300 former militants were granted amnesty. Now they have an opportunity to return to a peaceful life.
In addition, another 3,000 militants were adjudged guilty in crimes against Syrian government. Currently they steel remain in custody and their future will be determined by the Syrian court.
It should be marked, that the major part of these militants surrendered to the government troops during the last stage of eastern Aleppo neighborhoods liberation operation.
Let us remind you, that the amnesty decree was signed by Bashar Assad on June 28, 2016 in order to accelerate the resolution of the Syrian crisis. The amnesty decree was prolonged by the Syrian President in early February to 30 June 2017.
