Syrian Army continues to conduct an offensive on ISIS in Syria’s Homs

The Syrian army units assisted by allied forces established control over the strategic Mount Abu Al-Dohour after bloody clashes with ISIL militants. Military sources said that the army operations in the last 48 hours have inflicted heavy casualties on the terrorists.

Meantime, other army units also earned victory in a number of nearby regions and seized control over Abu-Qaala dam and Wadi Al-Hasou plain.

The army has also secured the provincial capital by winning militants’ trust to lay down arms and join a peace agreement, while hundreds of others who turned down the peace offer have agreed to relocate from Homs city to Idlib province.
