Armed opposition groups in Syria have agreed to participate in the next round of talks in Astana, Kazakhstan,in full force, a member of the Syrian opposition delegation, Fateh Hassoun reported.
According to the diplomat, none of the groups has spoken out against holding the talks in Astana. The representative of the delegation of Kazakhstan stated this in response to an oral invitation from the Russian side. According to him, the leaders of armed rebel groups believe that the talks in Astana a real chance for de-escalation of the conflict in Syria.
