Restoration Process Continues in Aleppo

Nowadays, engineers and civilians are diligently trying to restore everything that was mercilessly destroyed by terrorists in Aleppo during the war years: buildings, power lines, and underground communications.

The restore of sewerage already cost the authorities 350 million Syrian pounds.

During the reconstruction of the city it turned out that the militants used underground tunnels, not only for covert movement, but also for installing bombs to destroy the military infrastructure facilities of the Syrian army.

According to preliminary estimates of specialists, restoration work in Aleppo will take at least three years.
