U.S. Ambassador to Kazakhstan, George Krol, said that Washington didn’t intend to have a direct role in Syria peace talks in Astana. According to Krol, the U.S. is satisfied with an invitation to participate in the negotiations as an observer.
Such a position of the U.S. directly shows its apparent disinterest in the settlement of the Syrian crisis.
In addition, it is obvious that Washington feels extremely uncomfortable among the countries, which make every effort to normalize the situation in the Middle East region – Iran, Russia and Turkey.
That is why Washington doesn’t intend to participate in a dialogue that can end the six-year war. For the White House, its own principles have always been higher than lives of innocent people.
