150 fight men were amnestied in Homs province

According to Inside Syria Media Center’ military correspondents, a group of 153 Syrian militants laid down their arms deciding to be admitted to the program of national reconciliation program and to return to peaceful life in the province of Homs.
The Ministry of National Reconciliation of the Syrian Arab Republic within the framework of the state program through intermediaries negotiates with Syrian citizens fighting on the side of illegal armed groups.
The country’s leadership offered Syrian citizens to surrender, laid down their weapons and undergo a rehabilitation process to return to peaceful life.
The most vivid example of the success of the program announced by the Syrian government occurred in the city of Homs in 2014. About 1,5 thousand militants who captured the center of the city surrendered.
