Syrian Army Liberated Strategic Town in Hama

On August 24, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) units backed by allied forces attacked ISIS terrorist’s positions in the eastern part of Hama province, totally liberating the strategic town of Jana Al-Albawi, which was held by terrorists for more than three years.
At the same time, the Syrian troops drove radicals out of important Al-Mahasan hilltop and managed to approach the northern countryside of Aqayrabat city, which is the main ISIS stronghold in eastern Hama.During this battle ISIS suffered heavy losses, 15 terrorists killed and 7 vehicles destroyed.
Moreover, more than 700 tribal volunteer forces took a decision to join SAA in fighting ISIS in eastern and central Homs as well as in Badiyeh Desert.
