ISIS Suffers Heavy Losses in Central Syria

According to Fars News, the Syrian army units, supported by the aviation, continued to carry out attacks against the ISIS terrorists in the central parts Syria, inflicting heavy losses on militants.
On September 7, The Syrian aviation and army’s missile and artillery units heavily pounded ISIS positions and fortifications in regions near the villages of Boraq Nashmeh, al-Jaberiyeh and Um Towaineh in the eastern parts of the village of Abu al-Alaya in Eastern Homs.
The government forces eliminated at least 25 terrorists who had fled from the ISIS last bastion in eastern Hama, demolishing the main shelter of the ISIS in the region.
The Syrian army is now pushing through the ISIS positions in central Syria, liberating new territories in the eastern parts of Homs and Hama provinces.
The Syrian troops engaged in fierce clashes with Al-Nusra terrorists and fended off their attack on the Syrian government forces’ positions in al-Satahiyat region, killing and wounding a number of militants.
