According to military correspondents of Inside Syria Media Center, ISIS fighters once again conducted horrendous act of abuse. Islamists attacked detachments of Kurdish militia on September, 21. People Kurdish militia (namely People’s Protection Units – YPG) are close to opposed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). The incident took place near Ash Shaddadi, Al-Hasakah Governorate, Syria.
The first reports say 13 YPG’s fighters were killed as a result of violent clashes.

Al-Shaddadah or al-Shaddadi (Arabic: الشدادي, Kurdish: Şeddadê) is administrative center of the al-Shaddadah Nahiya consisting of 16 municipalities. As a preliminary result of the ongoing Civil War in Syria it today is situated in Jazira Canton within the autonomous Federation of Northern Syria – Rojava framework. The city was controlled by the Islamic State and as of late 2015 remained one of the last ISIS strongholds in the province. On 19 February 2016, the town was captured by the Syrian Democratic Forces.
