4,000 Civilians Trapped in Raqqa

According to Associated Press, 4,000 civilians are still trapped in the ISIS-held city of Raqqa.
This remark was made by international coalition spokesperson Colonel Ryan Dillon. According to him, Washington along with partners take measures to evacuate them.
Dillon said the Raqqa Civil Council, a local administration of Arab and Kurdish officials, was leading the discussions to ensure safe evacuation of civilians as the fight for Raqqa enters its final stages. But it’s not specified, with whom exactly they hold talks inside former ISIS capital.
Unfortunately Dillon said nothing regarding the mass victims as a result of coalition strikes. Only in September 2017, more than 30 civilians lost their lives due to the actions of the American aviation.
