Humanitarian Issues and Situation around Idlib to become Primary Focus of Talks in Astana

According to Inside Syria Media Center sources, the humanitarian issues, as well as situation around Idlib province, will become the primary focus of the seventh round of Syrian talks in Kazakhstan capital, Astana.
In general, the representatives of guarantor states (Iran, Russia and Turkey) intend to adopt several documents of a provision of working group for the release of prisoners, dead bodies transfer and search for missing persons. The sides also plan to touch the issue of combating international terrorism and take a statement on humanitarian demining of Syria.
At the same time the participants are going to focus on situation around Idlib because of obscene amount of al-Nusra militants. Currently the deployment of Iranian and Turkish observers is being coordinated.
It should be mentioned that the UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura missed the current meeting referring to the preparation for Syrian talks in Geneva under UN auspices.
