Eastern Ghouta Residents Suffer from Militants Clashes

According to World Health Organization (WHO) statement, Eastern Ghouta residents are in the catastrophic situation and need for specialized medical treatment. A group of 30 people most of them are women and children need urgent medical evacuation. Unfortunately, WHO can’t evacuate them due to ongoing clashes between Jaysh Al-Islam and Faylaq Al-Rahman.
WHO also says that because of lack of food and drinking water children in Eastern Ghouta are weakened and more vulnerable to infectious diseases.
For its turn, the international organization called for all the parties to the conflict to stop attacking the locals, contribute to immediate medical and casualty evacuations and allow public organizations to deliver humanitarian aid and medicine.
