Syrian Army Regains Control over new Territories in Deir Ezzor

The Syrian army backed by the heavy airstrikes of the Russian aviation, Thursday, continued striking ISIS positions in the Western bank of the Euphrates River between Albukamal and Al-Mayadeen.
The government troops regained control over the settlements of Qasou Um Saba, Al-Jadlah, Al-Duwair, Sabikhan and Qaribah. They also pushed ISIS terrorists from all villages and regions located between the town of Al-Dhahiyah and the Southern parts of the village of Dabilan in the Western coast of the Euphrates River.
According to the source on the ground, on November 22, the Syrian troops launched simultaneous operations in two different directions to complete the siege on ISIS terrorists in Eastern Deir Ezzor.
Currently, the Syrian army is now attacking several small towns located along the eastern bank of the Euphrates River.
