According to Inside Syria Media Center military sources, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) killed another high ranking Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham’s (HTS) commander, Abu Mou’az Al-Afghani, in the northern countryside of Hama recently.
Abu Mou’az Al-Afghani (Afghani national) was commanding HTS’s units near Tal al-Baleel, Monday when his group came under a fierce attack by the Syrian Arab Army’s 4th Mechanized Division.
The jihadist commander was reportedly killed during the clashes with the Syrian Arab Army at the large hilltop of Tal al-Baleel on Monday. The strategic altitude is located near Abu-Dali village.
The death of this terrorist commander comes on the same day that the Syrian Arab Army launched the second wave of their northern Hama assault.
