The Syrian Army attacked Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s positions in Eastern Idlib and freed the village of Kafraya West of railway or in the Western countryside of the newly-liberated town of Sinjar.
Field sources said that the army men have seized control over the village of Ajaz North of Kafraya, adding that the army units are advancing in the region to lift terrorists’ siege on the towns of Fua’a and Kafraya in the Northeastern countryside of Idlib city.
The sources said that the army is battling terrorists in two fronts in Idlib, adding that in the first front the army has captured Kafraya and in the second front the Syrian Army is fighting terrorists in Southern Aleppo.
Reports said earlier today that the government forces stormed Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham and captured the town of Sinjar, a main stronghold of terrorists.
The army units also imposed control over the villages of Sar’a and Sari’a Southeast and East of Sinjar, al-Khiyarah and al-Motawasetah West of Sinjar.
