On February 5, the Syrian Army troops and the allied forces attacked ISIS positions in the Northeastern part of Hama province and managed to liberate several settlements.
The Syrian troops pushed terrorists out from the villages of Ma’asran, Boyoudh Safaf, Abu al-Kheir and Modabeh.
The engineering units begin defusing bombs and explosive devices planted by the jihadists immediately after liberating the villages.
Previously on February 4, the government forces liberated another 5 settlements from ISIS.
After heavy clashes with ISIS, the Syrian troops fully liberated the villages of Abu al-Qosour, Talihan, Abu al-Kasour, Tal Talihan and Ma’asaran.
Terrorists suffered heavy losses in men power and military hardware sustained major damage in the attack.
