According to Inside Syria Media Center military correspondents, some radicals from Eastern Ghouta continue to resist. They are shelling mortars on Damascus countrysides. The latest ones have landed recently in Mezzeh village. As a result, 9 civilians were killed and dozens wounded. The lives of hundreds of locals are still meaningless for terrorists. Thus acts committed by them could qualify as mass crimes against humanity under that provision. No crime is too horrible for the Jihadists captured Eastern Ghouta territories. However, their attempts will end in failure due to the latest success of the Syrian Arab army and safe, well-organized humanitarian campaign.
